you are getting sleeepeeeeeeee...
once again, my downstairs neighbor has his stereo blasting. At 6a.m. this morning.
does the man not sleep? is he deaf? or just rude?
i never thought he was rude before. but lately....
i need a nap.

Do what I did. Wait until it is about 2 or 3 am, face your speakers to the floor(Over his bedroom if you can) and blast something with a lot of bass for as long as he has done for you. Try it for one day. If he STILL does it back to you do it for a week. He will either stop his crap or he will come to you and you can say something to the effect of,"Doesn't that suck? When you are trying to sleep and your asshole neighbor plays their music at an un Godly hour?". Well, it sure worked for me anyway.
