* my MIL had a mini stroke yesterday...most likely will have to leave her apartment & live in a group home. this is the second stroke in about 3 years. prayers would be appreciated for my sister-in-law, her primary caregiver. she is stressed beyond belief.
* have some sort of tummy bug. somehow started this afternoon & i hate life right now. on the bright side, this should help in weigh-in tomorrow.
* the cat is laying on my lap, helping me feel better.
* life is still good. it's just hard to see sometimes.
